When will my order ship?
We are working hard to get your order out as fast as possible. Your order will ship 1-3 days after purchase. You will be sent a confirmation email of the shipment of your order, as well as a tracking number so you can keep an eye out for your package.
When will I receive my order?
For orders within the U.S., you will receive your order in 2-7 days after confirmation of shipment if you chose USPS First Class Shipping.
For orders shipped with USPS Priority Shipping, you will receive your order within 1-3 days.
USPS Express Shipping does not guarantee next day shipping as the window for delivery is 1-2 days.
Can I ship my order internationally?
Of course! We offer USPS International Shipping, although, depending on your country of origin, your package may take anywhere from 5 days to 4 weeks.
My order has not arrived, what's next?
Once an order has left my possession and into the hands of the U.S. Postal Service, I no longer have control over what happens to the package. This is, unfortunately, one of the few downfalls of online shopping, but no need to fret! You can contact your closest US Postal Office, and inquire over the whereabouts of your package. More often than not, something has inhibited your postal worker from delivering your package, and it must be rescheduled for redelivery.
Please make sure to contact your post office before emailing me over a delivery issue.
If I change my mind on an order, can I get a refund?
Any jewelry items that are NOT one-of-a-kind (OOAK) may qualify for a return, if you receive the parcel and decide you do not want it, or it is damaged upon arrival. You may only receive a refund and free return label within 30 days of delivery.
Do crystals or OOAK jewelry qualify for returns/refunds?
Crystals and OOAK jewelry only qualify for returns if the parcel is damaged upon delivery. You only have 7 days from the day of delivery to contact me for a free return label and refund. This part is important, so make sure you love your crystal/OOAK jewelry before purchasing!
How many days do I have to return an order for a refund?
30 days from the delivery of your order. That's why it is crucial to contact me at email@example.com to receive your free return label as soon as possible.
My purchase was delivered damage, can I get a refund?
Yes! You will need to send in photo proof of damage to firstname.lastname@example.org, and I will reply with a pre-paid return label. You must print out this label, and tape it to the package with the damaged parcel. Once the returned package is in my possession I will send you a refund right away.
My order was never delivered, can I receive a refund?
This is such a tricky question! After years of owning a business, it is nearly impossible to control the post office once the order has left my possession. In my experience, the package is almost never actually lost; anything from the post office redirecting the package to the nearest PO to a failed delivery attempt is possible. My best advice in these situations is to contact your local post office to inquire on the whereabouts of your package. If you would like to add insurance to your package to avoid missing packages, this can also be arranged. Just contact me at email@example.com.
Is there a way to ensure my package will not get lost?
Yes! USPS offers insurance on packages, but it is an up charge, so if this is something you want to add on please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
